Instant Mango Blueberry Ice Cream

Happy new years everyone! (its been awhile) Today I’m sharing a recipe for instant mango blueberry ice cream. Thats right, you don’t have to wait 5 hours for it to freeze. There is only 3 ingredients and it only takes a few minutes to make. It is naturally sweet from the fruit, but you can also add some honey; or be healthy and add some protein powder! This would also work for most frozen fruit, like strawberries or pineapple! This recipe is simple, but sooo good! ( I also made this recipe myself 🙂

Ingredients

2/3 cup frozen mango chunks

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

2 tbsp milk and/or heavy whipping cream

optional: 1 tsp honey 

In a (preferably mini) blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. If it is not blending up, add more milk. If it is too runny, add more blueberries. It should be thick enough to not slip out of the blender if held sideways. Serve in a bowl. Enjoy!
