Edible Double-Chocolate Cookie Dough

If you’re the kind of person who licks the leftover cookie dough off the spoons when you’re done baking- this is the recipe for you! There are a few risks to eating raw cookie dough. One is the eggs. When eggs are not cooked, there is a risk of salmonella. There is also some bacteria in flour, but luckily, this recipe uses no eggs, and no flour! So its completely safe to eat! If you don’t know what salmonella is, you can type anything along the lines of “what is salmonella?” in google and find out.

This recipe is really simple! It makes a small, one person serving, and it only took me about 2-4 minutes to make.

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp butter

2 tsp milk

a drop vanilla extract

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp sugar substitute

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 heaping tsp mini chocolate chips

supplies:

small bowl

spoon

measuring cups- tsp and tbsp

Add the butter, milk, and vanilla to a small bowl and microwave until melted, about 40 seconds. Stir in the sugars and cocoa powder. Stir in the almond flour and add the chocolate chips.

optional: smooth out dough and add a small dollop of whipped cream and add sprinkles. enjoy!
